A family printing house with an industrial appetite

An experienced B2B printing house already supplying foreign markets — Germany, Slovenia, Italy, Serbia and even Cuba. Heidelberg CD 102, six colours and UV
Offset from sheets with process and Pantone colours, in-line flexo offset printing with high-gloss gold and silver inks, thermochromatic inks, peel-off labels, digital encoding with unique numbers (SMS prizes) and partial varnishing. Decorative finishing: hot foil on a Heidelberg Varimatrix 105 CSF, blind embossing, perforation, die cutting on Blumer machines, folding, 6-point gluing and label wrapping.

From proof to pallet, identical every time
Two sheet-fed six-colour Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 102-6+LX presses — one with a flexo unit for in-line alphanumeric coding, one UV combo for non-absorbent substrates and high-gloss UV varnish. Around 3,500 tons of paper a year: metallized label paper, white label paper, cardboard and specialty papers from Brigl & Bergmeister, Glatfelter, Alupa and Zanders. In 2016 Reprint printed and delivered about 2.3 billion labels. Quality standard ISO 9001.
